Even though we specialize in Lawn Maintenance, we believe that taking care of the entire property makes your long-term maintenance easier and leads to healthier plants all around. Fence Rebuilds
If you have a fence that has become an eye sore or is not as strong as it once was, we can fix, repair or replace it.
If you have dogs that are escape artists or would like to add access gates we can accomplish it all.
Permits required for intown fences (county specific) can be pulled by us. Landowner is required to call for locates before the job begins.
Defensible Space
Clean-ups
Whether you live in the eastern plains, front range or the mountains it is important to keep your property fire ready. Wildland Fires spread quickly because of the fuels that accumulate around our homes.
Here at Carpenter Built we help prepare your property for future by providing a clean-up of the various defensible space zones but also take into consideration that you still want to enjoy your beautiful landscape.

All work done pertaining to Defensible Space clean-up work is done to the Colorado State Forest Service Standards.
*Upon completion, Carpenter Built will provide the landowner with a Defensible Space Completion Letter. This letter can be given to Insurance Companies, Local Fire Departments, HOA’s or used for tax purposes.
